The primary focus of the analysis centered on overall response rates (ORRs) and complete response rates (CRRs). A safety evaluation involved assessing the following adverse effects: muscle spasms, dysgeusia, alopecia, weight loss, fatigue, nausea, myalgias, vomiting, skin squamous cell carcinoma, elevated creatine kinase, diarrhea, reduced appetite, and amenorrhea.
